Kingston Residence Of Fort Wayne

We highly recommend Kingston Residence of Fort Wayne for your loved ones. We moved our mother from another facility in Fort Wayne to Kingston, due to pricing issues and we certainly wished we had found Kingston in the first place. The facility is well maintained, well managed, and the staff was wonderful for our mother. The room choices were great, too. We could not recommend it enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this community! Setting up and day and time to tour this community with Beth was a breeze! I was taken away with the individualized activity programming that is provided and the beautiful rooms. If you have a moment to check out their back "yard" it is breathtaking! This is a great community!

We walked in and was pushed off to someone who was not expecting to do this. We could see the expression on her face. Place was very dark and made me feel like a hospital not a place to live. No one talked to us that day about prices, availability or nothing. We filled out our info and was told they would call. 2 weeks later and 2 phone calls from me, someone called and said" we've been trying to call you. I know that was not true. I told them that that we decided that if that was how we were treated, how was the care of the people there. Scary. Thank God we saw this now instead of later

As someone who has extensive experience in Healthcare including long term care I must say this has been the nicest facility and BEST experience I have ever had! Everyone has been so welcoming, attentive and caring to me and my family. I knew this was the place for my mom from the first visit. It truly feels like home. From the director to dietary and everyone in between. They all genuinely care about the residents here and will jump in to take care of whatever is needed. You just don't see that anymore. The food is very good and always served fresh and hot and the rest of the building is clean and kept up well. My mom is so happy with her apartment and the comfort she finds here and that really eases my mind as well. She is becoming more active and enjoying things she hasent done in a long time. Thank you Kingston Residence for loving us like family! ❤️

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Amanda for quite some time. Each time I have entered Kingston Residence, I have been greeted with a warm welcome and kind team members. The members are always clean and well put together and are always engaging with the staff in a positive manner. I would highly recommend this community to my own family.
