Kingswood Reserve is an adult community where each adult receives individualized attention, based on his/her needs. Dining experience offers daily and weekly variety menu choices. The facility is so clean and well-maintained! I have a peace of mind because my parent is well taken care of and loved on. I highly recommend Kingswood Reserve as your Plan B!!

My father moved here a couple of months ago and we couldn't be happier that he is here. It is beautiful and very clean, but most importantly the people who work here really care for the residents. Jason, the director, Betty Jean at the front desk and everyone else I've met from maintenance to the chef couldn't be nicer or care more for the residents. They all genuinely care for the people who live here and do a wonderful job of communicating with me if there is a concern or problem. We are so grateful to be a part of this community. 🙏

My mom is a current resident, recently moved into the Assisted Living from the Independent Living. The community treated my mom with the upmost care and respect during her time in Independent. While my mom is not a social butterfly and did not participate in many activities - the other services provided by the community were well received. She spoke highly of the PT/OT services, gym, cleanliness of the community, and the food (she raved about the sweet tea and potato soup). In addition, the staff at Kingswood have been great. The director, Jason and assistant director, Kathryn have been amazing and communication is wonderful. They are both knowledgeable and caring! The maintenance team have helped my mom in so many ways, and those at the front desk (notably Betty and Casey) have made a lasting impression on her. That said, this community is new and has grown very fast in a short amount of time so they are still getting things "fine tuned" in some areas. My biggest two suggestions would be (1) to include a welcome packet for anyone who moves in with important community contacts, available services to residents, transportation scheduling information, and so-on to help make the transition smoother. My mom and I had to actively seek out information on what was available when she first moved in and if we did not ask, we did not know. (2) a monthly newsletter that recaps townhall meetings and other changes in the community (maybe even using the TV's in the common areas to display a "community update" slide show) Overall - I would recommend Kingswood Reserve to anyone who asks! **I will update my review after mom spends more time in AL but so far so good there also!

Kingswood Reserve is a wonderful place for your loved one. From the Director, Jason Castro, who is highly knowledgeable and caring to the Social Coordinator who ensures there are plenty of activities for your loved one. My father is in the independent living side but I also have a friend whose mother was in the assisted living and we both agree that all the staff ensure everyone is receiving the best possible care.

Had the difficult task of moving my mom into an assisted care facility at the beginning of the year. After extensive research and tours we chose Kingwood Reserve and have been very glad we did. The staff has been wonderful and she's clearly getting the care she needed... she's more calm and relaxed that she's been in years. The facility itself is very new and feels more like a luxury hotel. They have some outdoor space, a movie room, and more and provide lots of activities and interaction in the common areas. Much thanks to Jason and crew in making this transition as smooth as it could be!
