Kinsington Oak Grove

Mom spent 10 months at Kinsington, and we are so grateful for the good care she received there. It's always a little scary to have to look for outside help for a loved one, and it's natural to worry and wonder if they will be treated with kindness and professionalism, so it was with great relief that we watched staff and other residents as they interacted with Mom. Staff were warm and caring, and we had great communication about Mom's evolving Alzheimer's needs and how best to meet them. The camaraderie among the residents was quite touching, and I'm so glad Mom was in such a caring environment even right up to the very end. Thank you so much for all of your help in navigating the final stages of Mom's Alzheimer's journey and for making our family feel like we were not alone in all of this. And thank you for everything you did to make her final days peaceful and comfortable--it means so much.

Having to put anyone you love into a memory care facility is never easy. When it became clear that it was what was needed, we started asking around to see who is the best in the area. Kinsington in Oak Grove was the perfect place. It is new, clean, and the staff is excellent. I met Travis and Frank at Kinsington and right away I knew we were in good hands. There is excellent security here so if my confused brother-in-law decides to plan the great escape, he is unable to do so. The food is of good quality, and most of all the staff becomes like family (the one you wished you had!) to the folks who are living here. The sign-up process was relatively easy and any questions we had were explained with clarity. The folks who live here depend 100% on the kindness, expertise, and good judgement of these amazing care givers. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We recently had to put both my folks in memory care which was very difficult but all the people from the top down (including office personnel, caregivers, maintenance, etc.) were very helpful, kind, considerate, and compassionate. With us living so far away I feel very comfortable with them being here and we'll taken care of between our visits. I would highly recommend them.
