If you're starting the home buying process, for the first time or not- reach out to Rhonda Nash! We started the search for our first home in 2018 with Rhonda. We dragged her through it all- foreclosures, renovation projects, bid wars. We put the process on hold to get married, then tried to pick up back up in 2022. Rhonda didn't think twice about picking us back up as clients and helping us look. We searched all through 2023, and finally in 2024 we went under contract. We had to have looked at over a dozen homes in our search- and that's not including the homes Rhonda researched herself so we didn't have to do a showing. We just closed two weeks ago. Once our offer was accepted and we went under contract, the rest of the process went very quickly. Rhonda walked through the entire process with us- the bidding and negotiations, home inspection and the appraisal, all through the closing.
