The environment felt very warm and welcoming. Kendrick was exceptionally helpful and insightful. Great staff and wonderful activities. A very clean and comforting atmosphere.

Knollwood Pointe staff have all been so good to help mom transition into assisted living. Mom really likes mealtimes. That's a real plus for her to enjoy the food as she had stopped eating well at home. I have no doubts this was the best decision. There are activities planned every day for the residents They have nice sized rooms that are well kept. Mom has settled in and is contented. I feel blessed to have found such a wonderful and caring place.

Knollwood Pointe Is an absolutely wonderful residence for your memory-challenged love one, in my case, my husband. The staff is kind, caring, and compassionate, and you can tell that they care deeply for their residents' wellbeing above all else. The building and grounds are immaculate. Activities and daily routines are well planned, and meals are attractive and delicious. My husband had no difficulty transitioning from another facility. Knollwood Pointe stand out among other facilities in my area, and we are fortunate to have found it.

I have been very impressed with Knollwood Pointe. My father will be staying in their memory care facility which came highly recommended by people I trust. They have been very accomodating during intake. They have a full and diverse activities schedule. The staff are very friendly and truly care about the residents. They have a high staff-to-resident ratio. I look forward to many happy days for my dad at Knollwood Pointe.
