My Mother was a resident at Kozy Gardens since it opened in 2019, she lived happily until she passed away June 2022. The most outstanding staff, in particular Lourdes and Esther. The caretakers take great care of all the residents. They all take such loving care of your loved ones, you feel like you found a long lost family from your past. My sisters and I looked at a lot of different places and without a doubt, so glad Kozy Gardens came into our lives as well as the life of my Mom. God Bless all of you. Martha Burnell

My husband was a resident at Kozy Gardens from March 1, 2021 until his death on July 2, 2022. I hardly have the words to express my gratitude for the care he received. It’s hard to explain the comfort I received having him in their care. There’s an incredible atmosphere of love that envelops and embraces the residents and their loved ones. I felt a total sense of belonging from the first day. On the more practical side, the home IS a home in every respect - homemade meals with “real” food; there are no rigid routines - if you get up late, your breakfast will be prepared when you are ready, and the same goes for the other two meals; the rooms are homey and spotless; there is absolutely no odor as is often present in care facilities; there is activity and positive vibes at all times; there are many different games and puzzles in addition to 2 tv viewing rooms with lots of super comfortable furniture; meds are carefully monitored and administered. For someone without words, I found quite a few but Kozy Gardens will become a lifeline and source of great comfort to any resident and his or her family.

My mom lived at Kozy Gardens after having a stroke that brought on dementia. From the moment I visited I knew it was the best place for Mom. Esther, the owner, was there to greet me. Her warm, positive personality made me feel right at ease. The house is full of plants and light. It has such a positive, warm atmosphere. The care aides are very attentive and really care about the residents. They treat each person like family. I can't say enough about Kozy Gardens. I am so happy that my mom spent the last months of her life in such a wonderful place.

My mother fell ill, and her decline was quick. I had to find a place where she would be cared for, and a place that knew how to take care of people in her condition. A placement agency found Kozy Gardens for me and scheduled a tour of the facility. The moment I went out to visit them, I just had the feeling they were the one! I cannot even put into words how special and amazing they are. The care and attention they showed my mom was beyond anything I could ever have asked for. They didn't see my mom as just a client, they treated her like a family member until the very end of her life. I have to say that Kozy Gardens became our extended family for two years. I will always be grateful for the love and compassion they demonstrated to my mom and to our family. If I had to do it all over again, I would not hesitate to choose Kozy Gardens.
