Kris-Leigh Assisted Living At Birdsville Road, LLC

Absolutely horrible, my Father declined rapidly during the few months he was at Kris Leigh, he was left in his bed with soiled adult diapers and they did not follow the diet he was supposed to be on so he ended up being hospitalized with aspiration pneumonia. They never provided him with a working call bell so he would have to yell for help when he needed something, but those yells often went ignored. The staff was extremely rude, didn't seem to know what they were doing and straight lied to our faces on several occasions. We have since moved him somewhere else where he is doing much better mentally and physically.

This place does NOT have 3 stars. The people that gave it that were reviewing the Severna Park facility. If I could give it zero stars I would. They are grossly understaffed and in my opinion its all about the money for the owner. Do yourself a favor and move on to any other place. This place is truly a joke and I'm embarrassed that I allowed my loved one to stay there as long as I did.

My mom has been here for awhile, everytime we visit the staff is friendly and my moms room is clean. One of the major reasons we brought my mom here besides the place being immaculate was the water views from my moms room. Marvin

If you don't care about who you are putting in this place then it's perfect. But if you truley care about your loved ones keep looking. The so called health care workers seem to have plenty of time for their phones but damned if I would use any bathroom in the place. They do not bathe the residents regularly and their attitudes towards the residents and families are horrible. Try bringing your concerns up and see what you get, pretty much nothing. If you go for a tour and see a big calender full of all kinds of events and recreation for the residents, DO NOT believe a word of it! Those poor people are lucky if they get to do anything once a week. The tv is their recreation, and not by choice, it's whst the employees want to watch. KEEP LOOKING IF YOU CARE AT ALL!

simply called to get a 'ball park' figure where rates are concerned. I was told that they could not provide me with even a hint of pricing because 'we have to have our marketers contact you', which translates to me that they will need to see what our financial situation is so that they can make sure they get all they can out of us. Come on, all I was asking for was an estimate, not a contract! Lost a potential client because I will not even bother to call back!
