My mom has been at La Cruz Senior Care for almost a year. The care she has received has been exceptional. She has improved so much since since being here. I owe that to Linda, Henry and the caring caregivers. They go out of their way to take care of my moms needs. Our family is so happy we found this wonderful place for mom.

To anyone in need of a place where their elderly parent will be taken excellent care of, I highly recommend La Cruz Senior Care in El Cajon. Linda, Henry and the La Cruz caregivers are all friendly, caring and efficient. I do so appreciate the close attention they pay to Mom's needs. I am so grateful we found them.

My Mother and I were so blessed, finding this beautiful home for her to live in. It has a loving home environment with private rooms offered to each resident. It has spacious common areas for dining and social activities. Mom loved sitting outside! The owner and staff welcomed mom’s breakfast routine, of just coffee, toast, and jelly, every morning. She loved talking and joking around with all of them. Linda, Henry, and all of the caregivers are very special people. I will always be grateful to them for the loving care my Mom received at their home. Cathy W

La Cruz Senior Care was such a breath of fresh air for our family in the caring for my mother. The staff was very attentive and caring for her and the facility felt so very comfortable and homey for every one. It was felt very warm and inviting. Every patient had their own recliner in the living room and the dining area felt just like being home. Never did I feel that my mother was treated like a number and we were always felt welcome while visiting. We looked at numerous facilities and La Cruz Senior Care was the clear number one choice. Thank you for all of your hard work and wonderful care.

Mom has been at La Cruz for almost 5 years now. She turns 100 this year and I credit it to the loving care she gets at La Cruz. This is a newer home built as a care facility. It is clean, spacious and affordable. Mom gets individual care and they go out of their way to meet her needs and wishes. They even built her a little garden box so she has a garden and grows tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, and onions (this year). They make her feel helpful by letting her fold clothes when she wants to. When she feels "lazy" they let her nap, watch TV or do word searches. Sometimes they have someone come in and do a manicure/pedicure for those that would like to be pampered. When we take Mom out for special events they fix her hair (color and curl). This always makes Mom feel special.They never insist she do anything she doesn't want to. During meals they all eat "family style" at the large dining room table. They have fabulous parties and special events. They decorate the living area during the holidays and sometimes the guests do art projects to add to the festivities. Everyone seems to get along very well. Mom does get "bored" because she is the most talkative of the group. Most of the care givers will spend time talking to her when they have time and we are allowed to visit or take her out anytime. If you are looking for a care facility for your loved one, I would recommend La Cruz Senior Care!!
