La Familia Assisted Living

Please take good care of Miss Pauline. She means an awful lot to us.

My father is bed-ridden and requires 24/7 care. After much research, my family decided to place him at La Familia, which is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. My father is in a double-occupancy room, which is bright, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, respectful and welcoming. The person taking care of my father is not fluent in English, and we have difficulties in communicating at times. Nevertheless, the manager is phenomenal and very professional. He is very supportive, keeps me informed of my father’s condition and usually answers my inquiries within the hour. My father is very picky and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate him. The family can visit at any time and, knowing that my father is well taken care of, feels lucky that he is a resident there.

The care provided to my mother at La Familia for several years was very kind and generous. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and compassionate. They make sure that each person feels a part of the community circle. They were always attentive to her needs in a loving manner and I will always be grateful to them because they made her feel comfortable and appreciated.

The team at La Familia Assisted Living are great and easy to work with. They are there for any questions you may have and always quick to respond. I recommend them to any family who is in need or dealing with a loved one who is need of care.

I am blown away. The team at La Familia Assisted living has been great to work with. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely have an interest of making their place a place for all of their residents to call home. I am impressed of how all of the care staff treat their residents and keep them busy throughout the day.
