LA MIRADA VILLA FOR THE ELDERLY

I called, there response was (What do you want) with attitude, I said nothing anymore, I almost placed one of my patients here. If they talk to people they don't know like this, I could only imagine how they talk to the patients/others.

Looked at a few places for my dad but the minute I walked into this home and met the caregivers I knew it was the place. I am very picky and expect alot. Very clean and attentive staff. John and Diana are awesome. I teased them about caring for me when I am in need. Sat and talked with my dad, sang with him and had a genuine concern for him. My dad wasn't there very long unfortunately but have been recommending it to everyone. Their hospice nurse is awesome too and shows up very quickly when needed. The owner needs to work on her customer service skills but she isn't the one caring for the residents so not an issue really. It is a fantastic place! If you are looking for great, friendly, consistent, honest, loving care for elderly person... Diana and John at La Mirada Villa for elderly are your caregivers.
