Lisa and Suzanne were great in helping us get situated! Warm and friendly service excited to call this place home! Update 1 Week In; Writing another review to give a shoutout to the gents Asher who’s been great over email and Marco who’s been marvelous with the maintenance! Both have helped our move in go smoothly and were very grateful to have them be a part of the Palms team!

Marco Segura takes care of things around here so well. Professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Since he started in May '26 resolutions are occurring w/requests vs. long delays previously. Great to see someone who takes their job to heart and cares about the residents' maintenance issues.

By far, Marco Segura has been one of the most skilfull, efficient, and accommodating technicians that I've had experienced with throughout the years. He is definitely a valued member of your team. Thank you so much, Marco!!

I moved in 5 months ago and I truly love my apartment so much! Some minor repairs needed, but nothing out of the ordinary when renting and the maintenance staff here is on it! I walked into the office to let the staff know I got a different car so it could be updated on my lease. Asher Fulton helped me and he was so helpful, thorough, and genuinely so nice to chat with. If you need anything done or have any questions - go to Asher! He’s your guy!

Pablo from maintenance is absolutely amazing! He helped me today with a clogged bathroom sink and also replaced the filter on my air conditioning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly prompt, respectful, and kind from start to finish, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed quickly and properly. It’s rare to find someone who not only gets the job done efficiently, but also genuinely cares about helping and making sure you’re taken care of. I highly recommend Pablo to anyone who needs maintenance support. He deserves a raise, a promotion, or to be put in charge of something because his work ethic and attitude are top-tier!
