LAKE COUNTRY LANDING

I’m very happy living here at Lake Country Landing. The staff is great and will go out of their way to help you when needed. We have a male aide who is absolutely fantastic. He goes above and beyond.

Two residents are sharing their living experience at Lake Country Landing. As two residents who reside at Lake Country Landing, our living experience has been very positive. The area is in a beautiful country setting. Our apartments are spacious promoting independence, providing a home like environment. The staff go above and beyond assisting us with our need's. They attempt whole heartedly to assist us with our own individual personal requests with respect and with the best intentions. We would definitely recommend Lake Country Landing to individuals looking for a warm and serene home to reside in.

Our experience with Lake Country Landing has been very positive. The staff we interacted with were professional, attentive, and clearly focused on resident well-being. The facility was clean, well maintained, and communication was straightforward whenever questions came up. During one visit, I also observed a tall African-American staff member (I didn’t catch his name) engaging warmly with residents. The interaction felt genuine, and I heard one resident say, “Thank you so much for all you do.” That moment stood out and reflected the care we observed overall.

The care my mother received was absolutely horrible. A nurse there literally stole her dog from her and the administration did nothing to help and turned their back after promising to return the dog. Many other issues came up and after hearing from other people and reading reviews don’t be distracted by the beautiful building. There is a reason they keep firing people and turning over staff. Food is terrible and cold and brought over from the nursing home after they are done and the activities are geared towards children. This is a terrible facility and don’t let the caregiver Michael near your loved one.

I just recently put my mom here. The whole process has been actually very warm and whenever I have a question, the main Director would go out of way to not ignore my questions, but we would address the questions and she would take care of it. It has been a hard transition for our family and she understands And she’s working with us to help my mom adjust. So far we have not had any problems with staff. I have been there alot with this transition watching and keeping my eyes open. Food has been great so far too! One time the activities director talked with me about mom and she listened to me and I felt heard. The maintenance guy is such a sweetie also. As we got settled he helped us change rooms to our liking and helped with a lot to bring the room up to our liking. Again all iOS good right now and pray it continues.
