This house is truly a home. My mom live here until she passed away. They became her family as well as mine. I can't believe anyone could rag on them with a clear conscience. Yes you still need to be involved in your loved ones life. This is not a dumping ground to just drop and run. When you move someone in they need to have all the things to make them safe and comfortable. This is a home, not a full fledged stick them in a room never to move, or see the light of day type of place. When you place someone with this home they are an extension of care, that helps you care for your loved one when you can no longer care for them in your own home. I am still close to all the extend family that I made during a very difficult time that they made much better and full of joy for my moms finale days.

Chelsea and her family are all wonderful people. Chelsea (the owner) goes above and beyond for everyone she meets. She is friendly, outgoing and has a contagious smile. Her assisted living is her pride and joy along with her family! She makes healthy meals, provides activities and games as well as ensures safety of all of her residents and family.

Having a loved one at lake house assisted living is like having them be a part of a family. There’s three big meals every day, activities, very friendly children that interact with the residents, and cable tv in each room. All of that is just what my Nana needs while she is there.

I had a loved one in the care of lake house assisted living for a brief period before we moved out of state and I couldn’t have been happier with the level of care that she received. they bent over backwards within their Means and abilities to make sure everybody was safe and secure during COVID-19. All the residents that she lived with seem to be extremely happy as well as fed. I wish I didn’t have to move my loved one To Oregon to be closer to us because I have yet to find a facility as good as hers

The place is clean and nicely put together. At first, everything was fine and going well until there was a need for stool specimen for the doctor. Chelsie became rude, stating that she doesn’t do that, she doesn’t have time and she is taking care of her 2 children, but then also states she is a full care facility. I explained to her that I can’t get the specimen because I am not there and my loved one doesn’t live with me. She then told me she doesn’t have the help to take the sample and take it two blocks away to the hospital. I have been in the medical field for over 33 years and I was appalled by her rudeness and her lack of understanding. She seems to forget that she is being paid to deliver a service that she falls extremely short on doing. My loved one also fell in her home and had to have stitches because of her lack of care and assessment of her. She allowed her to walk alone knowing that she had issues with dizziness and had to walk her to the chair the day before because of the same thing. At the time this happened there was only one other client in the home . Needless to say, I have removed her from there. Once I gave Chelsie her 30 day noticed she got mad and reported me to Adult Protective services(APS), claiming that She was concerned for my loved ones well being because I never provided clothes for her one and I wasn’t getting her medication. Both were lies. I caution anyone considering putting their loved ones with her. Cross her and she will try to ruin your reputation and try to make you out to be a bad person.
