Very friendly low key environment. They treat my mom great and she really likes being there. I am very thankful that she is happy there and being treated well. She is eating better and taking better care of herself. Very thankful for these people.

staff seems to be short-staffed all the time if you're smoking you must go outside all the time no matter how cold and although many people are in a wheelchair they do not have automatic door openers

Overall a good place to live.

I don’t know what the inside looks like or how the care Is . Of course that’s the most important thing. Haven said that the outside looked like a homeless encampment with a dog that totally wasn’t friendly . I didn’t bother to go in . To each their own but there is no way I would put my loved one in there .

Staff friendly, residents friendly. Help given when needed. Packed schedule sometimes.
