To whom this may concern , My name is Cynthia M. My mother is a patient at North Lake Rehabilitation Center. however she had to be transferred to St. Mary’s Hospital while her visit at Saint Mary’s. there was some small issue with her Wound Care however I immediately brought it to the nurse and the floor physician at the hospital, they set her up with Wound Care. It took a little time however we got through it doing that process, The Wound Care hospital nurse made a comment on how great North Lake care center was taken care of my mom’s room. I called Jennifer at Northlake to go over the treatment that was recommended by the wound care teams at Northlake. The nurse which is over Wound Care at the hospital continue to say an excellent job. I called Jennifer to have her to explain what type of treatment that they use at North Lake. I take my hats off to the teams on Wound Care at Northlake. I can’t thank you all enough for my mom care you are truly appreciate. See you soon, Cynthia. M

God Bless families who can take care of a loved one at home. Even if you can privately pay for assistance. Besides Russel and one other nurse who is leaving, every single client I know has told me their stories of neglect. My sister passed this last week. At this point the Lord took her home in my opinion to protect her body and mind. As a sibling I have always been her advocate. This doesn't matter, as I could never get solutions. Once again, God willing, if you want to prolong your loved ones years , please keep them out of a nursing home. Prayers needed for the still suffering. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

If it wasn't for two or three specific people who work there I would have rated it a - 0 stars.. Most of the good reviews are from the staff that work there which is a given. Steven L is no longer there he left. There is a new administrator who I've spoken with at least twice and it was in direct response to my family member and the problems that are related to her. There is a lack of staffing among other problems but that is not the administrators fault. He answers to the owner which by the way is the corporation. *Most nursing homes are owned by corporations and they want to MAKE A PROFIT. These corporations make big donations to local and government politicians. That is why unless there is a critical problem the state usually does not give them a poor rating.. This new administrator is going to try to get things back on track a bit he is going to try to hire more nurses and CNAs and hopefully he will address the problems at that facility and handle them appropriately time will tell. The phone number that was left in the response below is not a phone number to speak to anybody it's a fax number..
