Lake Park Residential Care

My little sis is a resident at Lake Park Residential since December 2019. She has debilatating health issues & needs assisted living. There are 150 residents with a full-time nursing staff. I have seen & been in worse places.

This is the worst place you can put your love one in. Please search and investigate this facility before placing your family member in here.

I have to say it is the worst facility how they treat people on the phone I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors I just can't in the inside I think code enforcement needs to be there, I think the health department they need to be inspected I don't I've been told stuff by HIPAA law that I should have never been told one my family member was there that place is needs to be shut down. Shame on them people acting like nurses and they care they just want money and keep people there it's a disgrace

This place has poor management... The staff treats residents badly... The beds don't get changed ... The staff stays in drama.. And the management thrives on it all...
