LAKE SHORE ASSISTED LIVING CEDAR COTTAGE

Horrible. The whole place smells like feces. And my grandma only gets bathed once every 1-2+ weeks. My grandmother’s smell is putrid given that she can’t care for herself and is literally forced to live in her own poop. They are denying her the fundamental right of hygiene maintenance. So inhumane!

Staff is awesome. They were super friendly and accommodating for my loved one and myself. The new owners are really doing things right and moving things in the right direction. I very much recommend.
