LAKE TOMAH CENTER

Mom lived out her final days at Tomah Nursing and Rehab. The staff came along side us to care for mom. Her care team was courteous and compassionate. Her room was always clean. She was being checked on through out the days and nights. I was notified of changes with her health. For us, mom's comfort was a big priority. The staff did a very nice job with mom's cares and needs. Lynn, the Social Worker was so resourceful and helpful with my questions. Thank you TNR for being there for us and mom.

We have experienced a caring staff and clean facility. Everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond to see that we have everything we need. I also want to mention that the rehabilitation program and staff are amazing. My husband has progressed so quickly and will be able to return home soon. We are very pleased with our experience here.

There are so many professional staff and specialty services. It was clean and quiet and their food was great! I was there for a week this summer and I healed from surgery then went home. Thanks to everyone for all of their help. I'd recommend Tomah Nursing all the way.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My mom was admitted into Tomah nursing and rehab center this past Friday for hospice. They all were so caring and helpful. They went way out of their way to accommodate my family it was amazing. The staff became part of our family in our short time of 3 days. We had family members come in from all over. the room was packed it was so uncomfortable everyone was looking at the back of someones head and the staff took into action immediately and set up the activity room for us. Our atmosphere changed drastically for the best we sat around a table everyone could see and hear each other. We were able to get amazing photos also. The time my mom was in there she completed one of her requests a family celebration it was perfect. I can't thank all the staff enough thank you for everythingi truly appreciate it all.

Is a very nice facility with spacious, clean rooms and employees who care about the well-being of their patients. My experience there was amazing thank you! CNA ❤️ and to everyone for all you do.
