LAKEHOUSE CEDARBURG

My mother moves into Lakehouse after a short hospital stay. Thank you for the quick, smooth transition. The short time she was there was not pleasant but smooth and supportive from the staff.

Lake House Assisted Living has made many new changes in the last year. They have remodeled the facility and the management staff has been there for quite awhile now. Many improvements made now with long term staff.

Great management team and new updates. Different room size options. Very cool theater room.

The building is very nice. But that is the only good thing about it. The staff is unbelievably terrible. Something terrible happened every day. Down to Display a resident it is underwear in the movie room. I could go on and on but if you really hate your loved one you will put them in this place.

We had been working with a different home for my Mom but after communicating with them a month found out she wasn’t able to go there because her POA was activated. She fell and was hospitalized and sent to rehab. We knew she could no longer live on her own and were need of finding a home asap. We met with the director of Lakehouse. She explained things throughly. I was relived to know she would be in good care and well taken care of. It was a very pleasant experience for me.
