This facility has no competent business office. Their lack of communication makes it impossible for the family to help their loved one. They pull the wrong rent amount, no notice provided to the family for a rent increase, then you're told to wait 30 days for a refund. It took them 5 months to refund a wrongful charge.

One nursing assistant that I want to give 5 stars to is Amaleigha. She's always busy taking care of us. Whether it is in the laundry room or helping in the kitchen she always has a smile on her face. Always says hi to me calling me by name. Anything we need, she's there and always with a smile
