LAKEHOUSE NEW HOLSTEIN

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Lakehouse New Holstein has been. It was a difficult adjustment for our parents to move once again, however we were able to work with the staff and work through any issues they were having. They had our back and now they liked living there. It was hard to give up some of that independence, but with time it worked out. Since then mother passed away and they have been a great support to father and watching over him during this difficult time. We have also had problems with some family and they have been aware and there to protect father. Ray & Jenna have been a great leads in this wonderful care and the support staff have been fantastic through it all. We can rest easy knowing father is being taken care of, safe and watched over. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough to say, but we would recommend Lakehouse New Holstein to anyone looking for an assisted living place. They are the BEST in our minds. I have been at Lakehouse now for a year and this place truly is a family. Everyone puts the needs of the residents first and there is never a dull moment! The leadership team really goes above and beyond to be involved between activities and an open line of communication they are in it for the residents 100%!! I definitely recommend this place for your loved ones

Hands down Lake House New Holstein is the most caring, loving, respectful, and the best assisted living. lets start with the staff, they ARE THE BEST, the time they take to be there for our residents is amazing. I can not thank everyone enough specially our loving residents who show love to our facility. and always have positive things to say about each one of them. as much as we love this facility your loving one will love it too!!! ❤️

The Lake House in New Holstein is a beautiful assisted living home! The staff is caring and compassionate! I also love that they have activities for the residents to have fun and get to know each other!
