I called and toured so many Independent living apartments for my Father here in the Valley. Most are calling me back weeks later. I dropped into Lakewood unexpectedly and Renee gave me an entire run down of the process even let me FaceTime my Father and tour the facility on the spot. I had So many questions and Renee never made me feel like I was a burden or that she did not have the time. The facility is extremely clean and the staff has gone above and beyond during this transition. Yesterday I met with the Administrator Josh who welcomed me to the family as soon as I walked in the door. You can tell they care and are passionate for every single resident. I was surprised when one of the chefs brought in a snack tray as we went thru paperwork. The food was incredible. I am so relieved to have found my Father a safe, clean environment to spend the rest of his days! It’s about time he enjoys life and retirement. Thank you Lakewood Senior Living for everything!

This is a wonderful community facility in Eagle Point! They have very kind, caring personnel, and the whole process for getting my mother into her new home was seamless. From administration, to nursing staff and even the chef!, they have made her feel so welcome! My mother takes pride in her apartment: it's very clean and well laid out, and she has ample room for all the things that are so dear to her. She wasn't expecting it to feel so much like home. And it am constantly reminded how delighted she is with her gourmet meals! The location of Lakeland is ideal: walking distance to the bank, post office, her favorite cafe, the Senior Center, and grocery store. This facility couldn't be any more perfect for my mother!

My mother-in-law was very well taken care of here for almost 3 years. The staff is very kind and attentive. Before Josh took over last year, we started to have some problems, but after meeting with him and the head nurse, we were given both of their personal cell numbers and were encouraged to give them a call whenever any issue arose. The issues were minimal since then, and were taken care of almost immediately when my mom-in-law or us made them known. When our mom passed away last weekend, we have received nothing but support and kindness from everyone there. The staff really has loved our sweet mom like she was their own. We are very grateful.
