Lakeshore Adult Foster Care

Lakeshore AFC is a wonderful facility. My mother has been there for 5 years and she loves it! They make home cooked delicious meals. It is kept VERY clean. The staff is so nice, they work hard and take great care of each resident. Thank you all at Lakeshore AFC!!

I have known many people who have lived here and had wonderful experiences. The staff is incredibly kind and hard working and the facility is beautiful and clean. Would recommend this AFC for anyone looking for a home for their loved ones.

In response, and I quote : " We don't take combative people here. If they're giving us a hard time we have to rehome them " I literally listened to your workers talk bad about a resident AND THEN my last day there you were removing that resident because she uses " nasty language " It's okay to be a fake person. I just thought anyone who reads these should know. They are very picky of who they will take in. If they don't like a resident they will remove them from the home, something to keep in mind in case you decide you want to put your loved one here. Besides that, the staff do take wonderful care of the residents and the home is very nice. The care staff makes every meal and the owner goes out shopping for their needs every week. It is very clean. And they even have a cat that comes inside to hang out. So if they actually like you, it could be a good fit for your loved one. But only as long as if they're self sufficient and don't cause issues.

The home is nice but I'm very sad I can't come see my "Grandma" Jessie due to the rules. She is not my true grandma but she is so special and important to my heart. We cried together when we got there and we cried when I had to leave. I don't know when (or if) I will get to see her again. Thank you for letting me come this one time.

We are very happy and satisfied with our Mom's care and attention. the staff are wonderful, and the private rooms allow her to hoard the remote to her hearts content. Thanks all!
