LAKESHORE RESIDENTIAL CARE

Spoke with the admin Gaffar Syed, asking questions regarding current resident and her meds (current amount, refill orders, etc.). All questions regarding residents care and her possible discharge from this place, Gaffar begins yelling and cursing saying he cant answer these BS questions and to stop acting like an idiot. Would avoid this facility at all cost. Very unprofessional, very unpleasant people to have to work... scratch that, deal with.

The Syed's are obviously affiliated with this care facility. Nora is their intake coordinator. She was actually pleasant when calling about more information about my father possibly moving to their facility. Unfortunately Nora sent a report to the care coordination agency that was a complete lie. She stated "the family cannot pay the boarding fee and will be taking him home". this was sent to the facility my father currently resides prompting them to call and inquire about when I would be picking up my father. As we have seen in recent years these types of facilities are unregulated, overpopulated, and staffed by people who wither do not posses the strength of mind and heart to be in their positions. I would visit before sending any loved one to this facility

Highly reputed facility super care

I have relatives who lives here and people who works here treat residents like criminals in jails, especially the head of security, Tony, and Laura, office manager. They are basically soulless. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to put loved one in this facility

The beyond STRONG SMELL of URINE REAKS from the very second one opens up the door to this "facility!!" I can't believe that anyone would &/or, even could imagine a loved one "staying' here. AND, the astronomical amount of money that this places charges their patients every month .... (literally) makes me see RED!!!!
