My 91 year old father has been at Lakeside for over a year now. When he arrived he could barely function from lack of care and over-medication at his previous facility. Ater a few weeks, he was in better shape and better spirits than I'd seen him in two decades. The staff really care about the residents and they go out of their way to make everyone in there feel important and cared for.

I don't know if this is called Sandpoint Assists living any more. They have a sign that says Lakeview assistant living now. My grandma loves it here, the people treat her well and let her have her small dog. There is defiantly a smell though.

Not a good place. I refuse to be apart of their values. They have none.

I have dealt with this facility on numerous occasions on a professional level and they are by far the worst assisted living facility in this town. Do not put even your most hated relatives here. It's AWFUL. UPDATE 12/18- It appears that once again they have switched names in order to probably avoid a paper trail of complaints. 'Lakeside assisted living'. Same trashy institution. They've spent the last several years alternating between 'Evergreen' and 'Sandpoint' Assisted Living.
