It has that “we understand the community” feeling, which means a lot when you’re dealing with something so personal. I highly recommend Lakewood Courtyard as an exceptional assisted living facility. My father is extremely fortunate to be residing there, and his experience has been nothing but positive. The nurses, Tess and Irene, are truly remarkable and provide compassionate and loving care. My father's apartment is beautifully kept, with a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The location is also ideal, with proximity to the lake. The activities offered at Lakewood Courtyard have greatly enhanced my father's quality of life and the staff takes great care in planning trips and events that are both enjoyable and thoughtful. Rabbi Ralbag is wonderful and has enhanced my father's experience, even going so far as to find him a chavrusah from the community. Esther in admissions was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and continues to be supportive and kind to my father. Randy is amazing and truly understands the needs of the residents. Jodi at the front desk is always willing to assist and handle any situation with professionalism and ease. Rivka is an exceptional addition to the team, going above and beyond. I couldn't be more pleased with my father's experience at Lakewood Courtyard and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, friendly, and engaging assisted living community.
