Do not put your love ones in this facility. They have bedbugs. Been having bedbugs for over a year. There recently was some found and nobody were called. The administration is very rude to staff & residents. The cares for the residents are very low. Safety concerns for residents. No discipline in that facility. Everyone does what they want to do. The residents are not the top priority in this facility. It’s all about money. Please do your research. I wouldn’t put my dog in this facility to live.

BEWARE...Do your Research before putting your Loved ones in this Facility.i care for a Memory care patient that was moved from this Facility in June.No Male Caregiver should give a Female Patient a Shower, Dress/Change Clothing.They talk about how mean and bad they were treated.Cold food and Not good food.Wants to know if their being bad or good.Was trying to go to bed to hide.Family left Money for Haircuts and etc.Facility didnt do.Shoes falling apart.Clothes,jewelry and belongings stole from room.Falls with Compression fractures family was not told about.Yellow tinted and greasy hair. Current Administration will not take accountability. Will not return calls or emails.Day patient was moved Facility didn't have meds ready, No one was available to talk to..Facility charging Patients for items that were used for other patients. This Facility Needs investigated by the State!

This is not where you want to put your loved ones. The current administrator takes zero responsibility for anything. We finally had to move my Grandma. This past year, (when current administrator took office) has been horrible. My grandma had a lot of her belongings stolen. Every piece of jewelry, all her perfume, shoes, her glasses, some clothing, along with wall decor that I purchased and even her Bible!. The administrator will not return any emails or calls. The day I went to move my Grandma, there was an rated R movie playing on the tv along with nudity and sexual acts in the sitting area of the memory care side. Not to mention they do not inform the family of anything. That includes the outbreak of bed bugs! The current administrator is incredibly rude and very unprofessional when confronted on any of these issues. I strongly recommend going elsewhere to a place that will hold accountability and lets the family know when issues (such as the bed bugs) arise! Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely terrible administrator, absolutely terrible home, dont waste your time or money.

When Diane was the administrator it was a great place. Not any longer. They have went through a few different administrators and it is a nightmare. The recent administration would not honor my being a conservator/ guardian when I wanted to give a 30 day notice for my elderly mother-in-law. Although all court ordered paper work on this matter is in their office. They also didn't honor the agreement on NOT purchasing briefs through another facility. Prior to this administraton, there was never an issue. She said she tried to get ahold of me several times. There has been NO calls to me on this matter at all! She couldnt send an email??There was never any notice that new administration even took place. You would think they should let the self paying customer let us know. I could go on and on. Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else! Not too mention they have bed bugs!

Excellent place to spend your golden years; beautiful landscaping & patios to enjoy the outdoors, homey environment indoors. Staff is incredibly dedicated to the care & well-being of the residents as well. 10/10 would recommend to someone looking for an independent/assisted living facility!
