The caretakers are just there for a paycheck none of them care about the residents at all. I hope the residents can get better and more qualified help. They also have an employee there that picks on the residents and talks badly about them And rude to them as well. Think twice before sending your loved one there.

This facility has bed bugs and they have employees that sleep on the job while their in living patients fall and are not looked after properly.

The Valley area is fortunate to have a Lakewood to accommodate the needs of our seniors. The Administrator is compassionate, knowledgeable and organized. He has a heart for his residents. For the most part, the staff is caring and efficient. Rooms are bright and spacious. Meals are balanced and tasty. Lakewood is truly a home.
