I’d like to begin my review with the positive. Darlene, who is currently training at this facility, has been outstanding. She is extremely responsive and consistently goes above and beyond to address needs, concerns, and gaps. Darlene truly models what excellent service looks like—she is kind, patient, and resourceful. She even took my call while she was in the hospital (something I didn’t realize at the time), which speaks to her dedication. Her follow-through is exceptional, and she has made my experience here far better than it otherwise would have been. She also encourages others to be more responsive, and I greatly appreciate that she treats me with fairness and respect. I sincerely hope she remains at this location long-term. That said, there are some ongoing issues at this facility that cannot be overlooked. I'm currently now working with Andre to get these items addressed. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Christina (concierge) and the activity staff are also AMAZING! My grandmother truly enjoys her experience from that perspective so if we can address the other logistics/theft issues, we would be in great shape. Thank you!

We searched long and hard 3 years ago for a place for my precious Mother In-Law. When we discover the Landing at Watercrest it was first by bringing her once a week for Adult Day Care. She loved it there from the get go and asked if she could move into the facility. That being said for the whole 3 years that my Mother In-Law became a resident, The Landing at Watercrest Shadow Creek Ranch goes above and beyond for our senior citizen community. All the staff (from the receptionist, activity people, kitchen staff, room managers/cleaners etc...) are very nice, welcoming, patient, caring and helpful. You made my Mother In-Law feel at home all 3 years. I truly appreciate the top notch care that was given and would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a dynamic place for their elderly love ones who need assistance from independent living. This place looks beautiful but don’t be fooled. They are understaffed and most of the caregivers are run down and don’t want to work. My mom went to the hospital from a fall (laid there for hours before any one noticed) she was discharged. They lost her discharge paperwork, never gave one pain pill and when I went back in the morning she was wear same clothes and same diaper. The doctor there never answers and is lip service. She was in the hospital for a month from that and not one phone call to check. But they sure didn’t forget to bill me the almost 6 grand. So happy we moved her somewhere with way better care.
