LANDINGS OF KAUKAUNA MC (THE)

I'm an Engineer and like being prepared for things. That being said it was time to investigate the options available in Assisted Living. Just in case. I visited many in the Fox Valley Area. I had a mental check list of what I would be looking for to best suit my wife and myself. Taking notes at each establishment. We both agreed that The Landings Of Kaukauna would be our best option. We found through our visits to many places that The Landings Of Kaukauna checked all the boxes and I had a lot. Care, Cleanliness, Rooms and Sizing, Friendly Helpful Staff, Comparable Pricing, Informative, Appetizing Meals, How Well The Building Was Maintained, Safety, Equipment Updates, Activities Available etc. to name a few. We felt we would be in very good care surrounded by people that help us to continue to live a quality life. I would highly recommend The Landings Of Kaukauna Assisted Living to anyone who is searching for outstanding requirements to meet their needs in their Golden Years. Thank you to all the Staff, the Facility Director, Kitchen Staff, Maintenance Man, Activities Director and everyone else we came in contact with. We were treated with respect and all our many many questions were answered with professionalism, I must say we were very impressed.

Staff is very nice and pleasant to work with. I have been impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and living areas. I am pleased with how well the residents are cared for.

Even though Cindy and I had a short experience with The Landings, from day one we felt welcomed and part of the family. The staff is amazing and every day I visited I met more people who welcomed me with a smile. Diane always greeted me at the door with positive energy. Sophia, the activities coordinator, was always present with a smile and did her best to get Cindy to participate in activities. Jesse ,the maintenance support, was there to help with the moving of furniture and disposal. I felt very comfortable knowing Cindy was being well taken care of and I could visit at anytime. Thank you to the entire staff for all their support until the end.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Landings! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was struck by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about the residents, making everyone feel like family. The facilities are well-maintained and designed to foster social interaction. The common areas are inviting, making it easy for residents to gather and enjoy each other’s and loved ones company. I’ve seen firsthand how the entertainment, monthly themed dinners and activities have helped improve the residents’ mood and overall well-being.

Well my mom has been at The Landings of Kaukauna for almost 3 years in the Memory Care building and both her and her entire family couldn't be happier! In this day and age of the challenge of finding and keeping good staff The Landings has kept up with this. I feel when someone leaves they have the knack of finding new talent and in most cases better people! My mom is now reaching 96 years old with a severe case of dementia and the amount of activities they provide is amazing including crafts, bingo, exercise class, a visiting minister, time outside when weather permits, and special themed meals on a consistent basis. The facilities are clean and the employees always seem very happy and upbeat even on holidays. She has been in now 4 facilities and all have been very good but we all feel this place has been the best! Thanks to all who have been in my moms life at this stage and especially those at The Landings. Keep up the GREAT WORK!
