On my recent visit to Landon Ridge to spend time with my mom, the staff was excellent and there were lots of fun activities on the schedule including a performance by a talented Elvis impersonator. The addition of Chef Christian in the dining room has brought huge improvements ... great food, excellent service, and an upbeat atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

My 81 yr old mother just moved in this weekend and we couldn't be more impressed with the high quality of service and attentiveness to her move in. They made her move such a success and followup multiple times throughout the process. She hasn't attended one of the multitude of entertainment and social events yet, but there is plenty to keep her busy and engaged. Highly recommend you check them out. Shout out to Jacob Cantu - he is a great asset to Landon Ridge.

Landon Ridge has been a wonderful place for our loved one. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly caring, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. We appreciate the strong communication and the sense of dignity they give every resident. Highly recommended.

My mother was a resident on pathways side of Landon Ridge. She was there from August of 2024 until she passed in May 2025. I was overall pleased with the care that she received, the nurses aides seemed to really love my mom. The communication from the facility could have been better. I had to call monthly for the bill and sometimes it was not correct, it normally took several phone calls and an email to the administrator to get a call back, but eventually it was resolved. When I had medication questions they were a responsive and got the changes done quickly. My mom fell several times but they always contacted me day or night when she fell. As she got closer to the end of her life, her decline wasn’t clearly communicated with me by Landon Ridge or by Bristol hospice (however they had just started seeing her several days before). I came to see her one day and found she had greatly declined from the month before (i live out of state and came as often as I could) I had no idea. That was the night she passed. Ultimately I was mostly satisfied with the care she received there. The staff cared for my mom and one in particular really seemed to love her. My feedback to Landon Ridge is that your communication with families should be much better, the bills should be more carefully vetted as well. Each resident should have a specific contact person assigned at Landon Ridge for concerns so families don’t have to leave multiple messages and get passed around. 4 stars because of the lack of communication.

I really appreciate the wonderful staff who plan and organize the daily activities. They do an amazing job making sure the activities are engaging, enjoyable, and never boring. Sagora is truly a fun place to live because of the effort they put in. The residents get the chance to interact, build friendships, and share experiences with others who are around the same age and understand their journey. It creates a welcoming and uplifting environment that makes every day special.
