The facility is so short staffed in all departments, rooms not being cleaned and the residents arent being properly taking care of. Workers are just sitting around on there phones the whole time miss the old staff they were on top of things. The place is loaded with bedbugs wouldn't recommend putting my loved one here

My Aunty lives here….she absolutely loves it!!! I have been there several times to visit….and yes like most facilities sometimes she does wait, but not too long and sometimes they are short staffed….but the staff, have never been “short” with her! Facilities are supposed to mimic your/our home….well at my house sometimes you wait a minute! My aunty has had the choice to go other places….she is adamant not to go anywhere else….she is of sound mind…so when she tells me she loves it because the employees are so good to her I’m compelled to believe her!!! I want to say thank you to all of you that work there for keeping her happy and safe!!!

Meadow Falls in Madison has been my home now for almost four months and I must say that I could not be in a better place; from staff to nursing and from dietary to housekeeping and maintenance, all have been right on the spot and taken care of all my needs. The staff are always ready to help with any issue and are available when we need them. All the nurses as well as the caregivers want to be here and it is so obvious that they care and are here for a higher purpose than just a pay check. The kitchen staff is amazing. For example, we had BBQed ribs yesterday. Actually ribs with the bone still in!!! The cooks fill our plates with common dishes along with our favorites from around the world. We have a dedicated laundry and all of a residence laundry is completed and returned on a certain day each week. It is folded or hung up. We have a team of maintenance men who are “Jonny on the spot!!” They always have a kind smile and are ready to help from installing your cable box to mending the doors and from unclogging the drain to moving furniture from you. Many of the rooms have already been renovated to wood flooring within the living room and bedroom. The walls are freshly painted and the drapes are wonderful with a great view. The bathroom has grab bars with plenty of shower space. The staff is impeccable and really want to help the residence whether it be a medical issue or any other problem you have. There are other specialty caregivers that also come in throughout the week. This is my home now and I could not be happier. Sincerely: Dawn Marie McAnally
