LAS VILLAS DEL NORTE

We went to visit our family friend at Las Villas and could not be happier with how well she is doing. She had a fall and was very resistant to moving out of her home but this community has done a great job transitioning her. They offer onsite physical therapy and tons of activities. We were able to meet their new chef who took the time to come introduce himself.

I had the chance to tour this assisted living community and was really impressed. The space feels warm, well cared for, and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A special thank you to Kelsey and Cindy for being so welcoming and informative — they made the whole experience easy and reassuring. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people who live there. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I can’t say enough good things about Las Vilas Del Norte. From the moment you walk in, you feel it — the warmth, the kindness, the genuine family atmosphere. it feels like a home. The staff is truly special. They don’t just “do their job” — they care. They take the time to know each resident personally, to listen, to smile, to comfort. You can see the compassion in the way they speak, the patience in the way they help, and the love in the way they show up every single day. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will receive true care, Las Vilas Del Norte is the place to be.

Every time I go to Las Villas Del Norte, I always notice how friendly both the staff and residents are. The residents here are especially kind and always love to strike up conversations. The staff is also amazing! One staff member I'd like to point out is Kelsey, she has always been super helpful throughout every interaction here. This facility truly cares about both its residents and staff, and it shows every day here. Keep up the great work!

Working with Phil and Kelsi has been a great experience. They’ve helped me see, firsthand, how much of a difference senior living can make in the lives of older adults and their families. There’s a reason Las Villas Del Norte stays at full capacity. It comes down to their person-centered approach, the way they care for residents, and the pride they take in the community itself. The building is beautiful, but it’s the people and the culture they’ve created that truly make it special!
