I honestly can’t say enough good things about Lavender Springs. This is a small community that does everything right. They center their residents and their care shows that. I knew there was something special about lavender Springs when other clinicians kept telling me it was their favorite place to treat patients. When I walked in, it smelled like cinnamon cookies, and the entire experience was so pleasant. You can tell that Jana and Liz lead with their hearts and the rest of the staff is really proud to be there. The residents were fully engaged and smiling, and that’s what I want to see anytime I’m in any type of senior living community. Kudos to the excellent work being done at Lavender Springs, I would highly recommend and if they are on a wait, I would recommend getting on that list.

I was looking for a place close to my house for my mom to live and Lavender Springs was the perfect choice! I had never experienced anything like it. Family owned and run by people who truly love what they do. The staff is just as great as well. It’s small and cozy like you’re staying in someone’s home instead of assisted living. Everyone bent over backwards to accommodate my dad when I finally convinced him to move in with my mom. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect place for my parents to be. I would highly recommend Lavender Springs to anyone looking for an exceptional home for their loved ones!

Moving my mother into Lavender Springs this past Spring has been the best decision. The staff is absolutely amazing caring for my mom and it was almost immediately noticeable that my mom was doing better since she moved in. Over the past decade since my father died my mom has lived with me and my siblings (we're all in different states) and other assisted living and memory care facilities. My mom's mental and physical health has been up and down and changing and we moved her to different places that fit best. There was at least one that gave didn't care about my mom at all and sadly, all of them had at least one complete staff turnover and/or went bankrupt, got bought out or closed down. I cannot express how extremely thankful to have been pointed to Lavender Springs. The owners and staff treat all the residents like family and you feel it as soon as you walk in. It feels like home. I'm getting emotional writing this review because it is such a relief to have my mom there, knowing she is getting excellent care and being treated with kindness. I cannot praise Lavender Springs enough.

Lavender Springs Assisted Living has been such an amazing experience. Our loved one has been a resident for seven months. From the initial moment we met and took a tour, we knew! It felt like home! The staff was and always is friendly, approachable with any concern or question, caring, and provide a loving environment. Activities and socialization is offered and encouraged. We highly recommend Lavender Springs to anyone facing the daunting decisions for the care of their loved one. We praise Jana, Elizabeth, Ryan, and all the members of the Lavender Springs team.

In a moment of need to find a place for my father, Lavender Springs was there. From the moment we entered the facility, we felt a sense of warmth and coziness. From the private rooms to the immaculately designed and decorated dining area and social rooms, Lavender Springs feels more like a home than a facility. Did I mention the views, unbelievable! Activities such as game days, singing, crafts, birthday celebrations as well as a geriatric doctor and hairdresser that comes weekly are just a few of the amenities. Lavender Springs owners, Jana and Tommy Gillis, along with their dedicated staff, are passionate about providing a loving and caring home for each resident. Every staff member is committed to their job and their devotion is clearly evident. From the hospitable staff to the pristine facility, we could not have chosen a better place for our loved one. My dad has found his second home and as an added bonus, I have made friends for life.
