Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Shaun even visited Mom in rehab. Vicky goes above and beyond! Kathy, Glenda and Willis make bingo fun for Mom. I highly recommend for Assisted Living

When I was a child, my parents' home was always a showcase and a source of pride for our family. That home, while it still exists, has served its purpose for our family. I am now pleased to call Ledgewood Bay in Milford my parents' home. After 50 + years in their home my parents were reluctant to leave. However, the daily tasks of cooking, cleaning, laundry, managing medical appointments, and the various tasks of just living life were becoming daunting and finally insurmountable. The transition to Ledgewood Bay in Milford was easier and more comfortable than any of us imagined it could be. Ledgewood is like a luxury hotel. The food is great, transportation is available, and my parents continue to enjoy their quality of life. Ledgewood offers laundry service, and also parking if residents wish to bring their own car. I was reminded of a favorite 80's television show when my father remarked to me, "Here, everybody knows your name." Perhaps the most impressive thing to me was when one of my parents said to me, "Why didn't we do this sooner?"

My husband and I were looking for an assisted living facility for his Mom. As soon as we walked in everyone was very friendly and helpful. The residents were happy and conversing with us. Very accommodating since she was coming from MD. She is moving in in a couple of weeks. Will update my review..

My aunt moved into Ledgewood Bay about four months ago, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From day one, the staff has been helpful, patient, and genuinely caring toward her. Knowing she has support with her daily routines has made my life so much easier and given me tremendous peace of mind. In the time she’s been there, she has settled into a comfortable routine and become noticeably more confident. She’s even started taking trips on the community van to fun outings and shopping—something she was hesitant about before moving in. It’s wonderful to see her feeling engaged and supported. I’m very grateful for the team at Ledgewood Bay and the care they provide. It’s clear they truly want residents to feel at home. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, supportive, and welcoming place for their loved one.

Our parents moved into the Ledgewood Bay Assisted Living community almost two months ago and it’s been a great experience! They have transitioned very well, especially with the guidance of their awesome staff. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. From the minute you walk through the door there is a smile, and you feel welcome. The accommodation is perfect with a beautiful landscaped location, nice view and very clean. The location is away from everything, but close to everything. They have activities, transportation to local retail stores, both inside and outside fun event offerings, etc….so there is something to do every day. I would highly recommend Ledgewood Bay as a place to live. I would like to give a HUGE Shout Out to Shaun; he is an absolute ROCK STAR! From day one he has been our go-to person, he has the answers for everything and if he doesn’t, he gets it. He never forgets anything we need or request. He has been available to us 24/7 for any questions or concerns, and always checks in. In addition, I would like to recognize Mackenzie for her caring and genuine heart. She truly loves everyone and treats them like her own parents. She knows everyone individually and there are a lot of people to care for. Shaun and Mackenzie are both huge assets to the Ledgewood Bay community! Thanks to Cindy for helping us with the space for a recent party and checking on us. Her sense of humor added to our fun. Jay has been super helpful with the overall comfort of the accommodation and has gone above and beyond. Cathy’s smile when you enter the lobby, where the residents love to play cribbage with her. Thank you to Rob for volunteering to be the ambassador for my parents; where we found we shared friends, small world. Thank you to everyone who made the transition seamless.
