LEGACY ASSISTED LIVING

The Legacy is a wonderful assisted Living Home. Tracy as the director, has gone over and above to help my brother settle in. She's professional in her job and has always cared and has been there for my brother's needs. The staff Jasmine, Crystal, Taumaria have been extremely helpful, caring and understanding in making my brother feel comfortable in this beautiful comfortable home. Nick the gentleman in maintenance has been extremely there for very need for my brother and all the residences. I would recommend the Legacy to anyone for this lovely place with a wonderful staff in knowing you will have comfort in the care of your loved one.

Tracy and her team of caregivers exceeded our expectations for my brother's care. They were so amazing from the first meeting to discuss my brother moving there, all the way up until he passed away. They were caring, attentive, respectful and so much more than I can ever express! It is so hard to find an assisted living facility that doesn't treat their residents like a paycheck, but Legacy really treated him like family and genuinely cared about him. They also treated our entire family the same way. Do not hesitate to take your family member here. It is an awesome place to be.

When I first met the staff, I immediately felt like I gained a new family. I was pleasantly surprised to find the caregivers, maintenance, and kitchen staff so welcoming. The activities director is very knowledgeable, and not a day is boring. (Last week there were fuzzy baby chicks and baby goats visiting!) The Executive Director Tracy, and been overly accommodating and incredibly helpful. I would feel completely confident about leaving a family or loved one in the hands of The Legacy staff.

Recently had the pleasure of hosting a Root Beer Float event at Legacy. A few things really stood out to me. All of the employees really care about their residents. They made sure everyone was accounted for and felt like they were involved. Second how much of a family-type environment is maintained at their facility. The residents were sitting and talking and laughing with each other. Also, residents families were also sitting and talking with other residents. Lastly staff (including Admin)was out participating in the event making sure each and every resident is happy and taken care of. I really have enjoyed meeting staff and residents at Legacy and would recommend to anybody seeking long term placement for a loved one.

The director and staff at Legacy Assisted Living provide the care that I could no longer give to my loved one in a professional, capable, yet very caring manner. When navigating what is required to address my loved one's changing needs, they clearly support and advocate for him and also for me. They problem solve in order to best provide for his comfort and well being as his condition changes. His comfort and care are truly their priority. This has especially been the case with the current director at Legacy who is very involved with the residents on a daily basis and knows each resident well. The building is welcoming and clean. Their meals are tasty and attractively prepared. The activities director provides great activities to involve the residents including games, music, and art. The nurse on staff works very closely with my loved one and me and the staff to be sure his medical needs are being met. The caregivers treat my loved one with respect and caring and work to make Legacy feel like home for him.
