LEGACY AT CRYSTAL FALLS

3 visits to evaluate and will get my mom moved in next week. All staff have been very helpful . Looks clean well kept. Many activities and great menu - selections . Evaluated 5 other places - this seemed to be best fit and value for my mom.

Our families experience at the legacy has been the best quality possible for my mom. There are always concerns and worries about putting your loved one in a special care facility, but the legacy is like a home and a family who are providing my mother with the most amazing care available. The activities the outings the community is top notch. We are so grateful for the loving environment they have been providing for our mother.

We are so thankful for the truly amazing staff who has endlessly showered our dad with great love, care and compassion for almost a year now. Although our dad requires a high level of care, the staff operates seamlessly together without missing any details. We love the different events family members get to attend, from special dinners to entertainment. They have an amazing way of making you feel like family! We are truly blessed for everyone at The Legacy for loving our dad daily when we're not able to be with him every moment.

I cannot say enough about what a blessing Legacy at Crystal Falls has been to me and my family. Due to unexpected health circumstances, I moved both my parents in almost three years ago. My mother has since passed, but my father is still a resident. Over these three years they have consistently gone above and beyond to care for both of my parents. The staff has always been loving and supportive of both them and me. There are abundant activities and they do a good job of getting resident participation. The staff tries to make Legacy feel like a home to their residents and they do a good job of it! I know when I am not able to be with my dad, that he is well cared for and looked after.

A smile. It all starts with a smile. We saw the smiles on the faces of the employee's and residents of The Legacy at Crystal Falls from the moment we walked in. It is never an easy decision to put a loved one into assisted living. We had been touring facilities with my 91 year old father in law for a couple of days. He never really said anything about any of the places we looked at until we got to The Legacy. We started out by talking to Niki. Niki is hands down a blessing to The Legacy. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and future residents. We started our tour with my father in law and after just a few minutes into his tour, he was smiling. He leaned over to me and said "I like this place". That is when my wife and I knew we were in the right place. My father in law has been there for a couple of months now. Every time my wife and I go to visit him, he's smiling or walking around and chatting with everyone. He adores the staff and the staff take amazing care of him and chat with him all the time. And they always smile. There are many choices when it comes to assisted living but do yourself a favor and make sure to check out The Legacy at Crystal Falls. Smiles are contagious at that place. You will leave there knowing this is where your loved one belongs.
