PINES AT GREENVILLE

Nobody is ever in their office. Phones go unanswered. Staff doesn’t communicate at all with family members.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this facility and their staff. It is like being a part of a family. The staff are alway so kind, attentive and loving to all the residents. I am there almost every day and I have to say it is refreshing to see the same smiling faces. The turnover in the assisted living place my grandmother was in before was terrible and the level of care was also terrible. If you are looking for a place for your loved one that is warm, compassionate and attentive I highly recommend The Pines! And...I must give a shout out to their new activities director Judy!! She is amazing and the residents all love her.

Very knowledgeable staff, very caring and the residence seem to love it there. I love all the activities that they have planned for the residence so they’re not just sitting alone and doing nothing. Would highly recommend if anybody was looking for somewhere for their loved one and needed more care than they can be given at home.

The Pines was my mother's home for three years before she passed recently. The staff's competence and compassion are remarkable, and all are welcoming to family and guests. This is an exceptional place your family member if such care is ever needed.

We are so proud and impressed with the Leadership here in Greenville, SC. This Team truly cares for the residents, creates exciting programs and is dedicated to making sure each resident has a good experience. Five stars in my opinion.
