Legacy House of Park Lane

Legacy House Parklane staff and sister companies are amazing, professional, caring, positive, understanding, helpful, and outstanding in every way. They have thought of everything and do everything. The facilities are beautiful, festive, comfortable, and plenty of room. From the restaurant like dining room, movie theater, game room, sports viewing room, craft room, beauty salon, hydration bar, to daily exercise, activities, friendly residents , and outings there is always something enjoyable to do. They are open and patient to residents making their rooms and display entryways personal and memorable. They are family friendly and open their arms to visits and gatherings in their facilities. They have a positive and respectful culture of staff who go the extra mile. Residents are honored, respected, and assisted in a dignified manner. I am grateful for their care of both my parents and our family.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who has been living at Legacy Park Lane/ Memory care since January 2024. I want to give many thanks to the aides that work in Memory Care and who take such great care of my mom and the other residents. Tiffany is an outstanding CNA- she cares so much for everyone of the residents and works so hard to make sure that they are all taken care of. I appreciate her so much. I also appreciate Malikigh,Wendy, Madi, they do a great job.. on 1/23/2026 I was there sitting with my mom while she had her dinner and Tiffany and the other 3 aides that night worked so well with each other to make sure all the residents had everything they needed. There caring and kind nature with the residents and my mom are truly amazing and I appreciate them all for all they do. Thank you so much! Lori Oram

This place is amazing! Large with many residents. They make friends, play together, have so many fun activities, go on outings and have many wonderful special guest musical performances. I provide physical therapy for these residents through EmpowerMe Wellness and the staff are aware and concerned about every resident. Clean place and relatively new place. A great place for Mom or Dad for sure.

Our family looked at several assisted living facilities for our dad. He will eventually need memory care so that was very important to us. Stacy gave a great tour of the facility, took the time to answer our questions and to make sure we had all the info we needed. They even fed us lunch which was delicious. It was just a few weeks and they had a room become available. We got dad moved in and settled. Everyone from the administration staff, nursing staff, activities staff and more have been fabulous, helpful, caring and have helped him adjust to this new place he calls home. We are so pleased with the care and attention he is receiving and he loves attending the daily activities, especially Bingo, and meeting and talking to people. The facility is always clean and again the staff is just incredible! Would recommend Legacy House in Farmington in a heartbeat 💓.

I had the opportunity a couple months ago to visit a resident at this facility and I could tell that she was genuinely happy to live there. Legacy House is clean and inviting and the staff are very compassionate and humble. Robbie was very helpful in showing me the place and telling me all it has to offer its residents. The welcoming nature and pride that these care givers take in even their routine tasks shows that they love what they do and that they have the residents' interests in mind.
