Great community for seniors, leadership is top notch and staff are exceptional, I highly recommend!!!!

My sister in -law has a very complicated neurological disease that causes in late stage cognitive and memory loss and motor skill deficits and care challenges. I transferred her here after her former facility could not accommodate her care needs. The staff has been amazing. From the administrative staff to the care givers. They not only meet her challenging care needs, but have exceeded my expectations on how they have improved her quality of life at this difficult stage. The staff are educated, compassionate and caring. They approach all the residents with respect. They truly make an impact on the lives of our loved ones. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for The Legacy of Deforest. Thank you for making my loved one feel safe & at home.

The Legacy of DeForest is an amazing place. My father moved in Dec of 2019 after a hip replacement due to a fall. They were brand new. He was one of 5 people. He wasn’t ready to move out of his home. The staff made him feel welcome from the day he moved in, until the day he passed in August. They keep them active, and busy. He loved it there. They are a loving, caring place who treat their residents like their own Grandparents. I would highly recommend them!!
