Legend of Mckinney is such a lovely community! I could immediately tell that their staff is more like a family! The environment is so welcoming and cozy. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one to receive great care, I would highly recommend them!

My grandmother lived at Legend of McKinney for a couple of years, and our family had a very positive experience. The staff was caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in making residents feel comfortable and supported. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with Tori professionally, and she has been great to work with — knowledgeable, responsive, and truly passionate about helping families find the right fit. It’s clear she cares deeply about the people she serves. Based on both my personal and professional experience, I highly recommend Legend of McKinney to anyone looking for a quality senior living community.

I have been so happy and impressed with the staff, care and facilities at Legend of McKinney. I am so blessed that my parents are living here and are well taken care of with the good meals, great activities and community, and facilities. They can get their haircuts & nails trimmed, watch movies & enjoy wibowling in the theater room, have Bible study, painting class and chair yoga in the activities center, and enjoy the other great residents while playing games, putting a puzzle together or gathering for the hymn sing around the piano. Thank you Legend of McKinney, for giving me great peace of mind knowing my parents are safe in their new community home.

My (almost) 92 year old dad has lived at Legend now for 2.5 months. The staff is wonderful, starting with our experience with the sales consultant. She spent quite a bit of time with us in person and answering a LOT of questions along the way. The front desk staff always greets you with a smile. And the care team is awesome... always friendly and ready to help. There are so many men and women (the kitchen staff, housekeeping, maintenance, medical, etc.) that make all of this work, but they have it down! My husband and I spent numerous hours online researching just the right assisted senior living community that would be the best fit for my dad. We narrowed it down to 6 to tour and then chose 2 for my dad to check out. He liked the "hominess" of Legend and that it's faith-based. That was important to him. We feel like, all-in-all, Legend was the right choice for our family.

Legend of McKinney is a great community! I personally know one of the leasing agents there who is phenomenal at her job and treats everyone with kindness, care, and compassion. She exudes joy and makes everyone feel at home. One of the reasons she can be so enthusiastic is because she genuinely believes in the gift of this community. She often speaks of how amazing Legend is and how thankful she is to get to work there and interact with the residents. I got the privilege of dancing there with a small country dance group of mine where we performed for the residents a couple times now. That was such a joy and delight to get to interact with them. Legend has many activities, parties, and events for residents to socialize and spend time with each other! It also has a calm, homey atmosphere, which many residents love and say remind them of their prior homes. You should definitely check out Legend when looking for a next home for your loved one or yourself!
