LEGEND AT FORT WORTH

My experience is that mom is being taken care of very well. I commend the leadership of Legends for following through on the assertions they stated when my mom first entered into her new home. Maricela is high energy and is a very good communicator. MS. Loman works at providing many activities and life enrichment opportunities for the residents. Andrea runs the place with a residents first mantra. A happy greeting is always ready from Alexis. No place is perfect , yet Legends strives to be the best they can be for their residents.

Andrea did an outstanding job organizing this event for the residents! Looking forward to coming back!

I am so thankful for Andrea Loman, the best Activities Director! The residents are able to participate in fun “themed” days as well as off-property trips to museums, lunches, shopping, etc. There is always something to look forward to! My mom is so happy at Legend and a lot of it has to do with the love Andrea puts into her job!

We visited my grandparents with our kids earlier this month and when we pulled into the parking lot, they were having a car show and had a guy singing to the residents. There were a lot of families outside enjoying this time. We asked what was going on and found out it is their annual Fathers Day Barbecue and car show. They said they do it every year and it’s free for residents and their families! We went inside and found grandpa sitting with other gentlemen, enjoying some delicious brisket. He used to love to smoke meat and said it was such a treat. They had the place decked out. We were very impressed. What really warmed my heart, was seeing my grandparents having a great time with new friends and seeing staff members interacting with them and calling everyone by name. By the time we left, we knew everyone’s names and they knew ours! This is such a friendly and warm environment. We later asked them how they like it living there and they said that they will never call another place home. Thank you, Legend for taking such great care of our Mimi and grandpa!

My dad has lived here for several years; I cannot recommend this location enough. The people are caring and the residents are happy and occupied all the time. Just come check them out and you'll see just how home like and nice it really is. Staff is really great!
