We moved our dad to Aspen Creek after looking at several places. What stood out to me was that you didn’t have to set an appointment to tour the facility, Where as others you had to schedule and it felt like it was a put on show. Definitely not that here. The residents are happy and out and about. The care my dad has received has been exceptional and he’s been extremely happy there. I’m glad I followed my gut and toured the facility. Don’t go off of past reviews definitely check it out for yourself.

I only have good things to say about Aspen Creek. Our experiences have always been great! Sherry Turner and Nurse Stephanie have always been available and attentive to my mother in law's needs. They treat her with dignity and respect and go over and above to care for her, even when she's a little on the difficult side. We are grateful beyond words. Thank you so much!!

Beware of the facility! My father was placed there in the memory care facility due to his dementia. He was there for three days and was able to walk out on his own . He was missing for two hours with the facility not knowing he was gone. My dad had made it to a gas station 2 miles away . The attendant at the gas station called the sheriff department due to my dad was very confused and looking for a bus station . One could only imagine what would have happened if my father did find a bus station? My sister witnessed while visiting my father a patient sitting in her own urine while sitting in her wheelchair . Two employees walked by her and never even stopped to help the poor women . If you care for your loved ones this is not the place for them .

My mother lived at Lenity until her last days. I feel it is one of the best assisted living facilities around. Mom started out on the assisted living side but as her dementia progressed she had to be moved to the memory care side. The care givers on that side took VERY good care of my mom. Any time we had an issue we talked to the staff and it was addressed. The people who work there want the residents to be as independent as possible but they step in when help is needed. The people who own Lenity make the residents the first priority not their bottom line. I recommend Lenity whole heartedly to anyone needing senior care.

We had my grandma in memory care. We went frequently. We knew the staff. We thought she was well taken care of until a few little things caught our attention. We set up a camera in her room and were shocked at the way they talked to her and treated her. She called out for help and they ignored her, and when they did come, they berated her for "not pushing her button". They told her she was independent and didn't need help getting in/out of bed, getting dressed or going to the bathroom. She was 94 and wheelchair bound with dementia. She fell several times. Some days she didn't eat. We took her home on a Monday and she passed that Friday. Bottom line: The memory care side is not staffed like it should be to adequately care for the residents. They didn't adhere to the Care Plan we agreed to and management was unhelpful in making sure it was implimented after SEVERAL meetings.
