Lenoir Assisted Living

This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down for some serious cleaning!!! No medical facility that houses elderly should have an infestation of bed bugs and mice droppings everywhere! My nana was covered in them and all over the blanket she was covered with. When I addressed the issue to a nurse, they just said they would switch out her mattress and wash her blanket - as if that would stop the infestation everywhere else too. I’m going to have a serious conversation with our family as a group to pull her from here and place her somewhere else that’s clean and actually cares about their patients and caregivers well-being. It’s OBVIOUS that the owner and operator here doesn’t care at all! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Lenior Assisted Living in Pink Hill is a second home to my Mama. She loves the staff and they love her. I want to give a big Thank You to all the staff. The love you have Given to my Mother is definitely seen. The building is clean and Beautiful and that makes me proud to say my Mama is there. As Lenoir assisted living facility is awful because I went to it and seen it as they don't have no WI fi or computers or internet for there residents so it will be boring there
