LENOX ON THE LAKE (THE)

My mother has been at Lenox On The Lake for over four years. It is very clean. The staff is very nice kitchen CNA‘s laundry women everyone that works there. I want to especially recognize the new director this year. Her name is Laura Johnson. She is an asset to this company and she is the best director we’ve had and we’ve gone through four in the last 4 1/2 years. They also have a great girl in accounting. Her name is Melanie. Kind she helps you with all your needs and will help with the Medicaid or anything she could do to make it easier and better for your resident. The chef Wayne and Marvalene, his head assistant Are really great they keep a clean kitchen and the food is presented nicely and they have a great menu. I also want to say to the front desk staff. They have two girls there Karen and Emmanuelle, who are the best in the business they look out for your family and they will give you great advice and they become your friends. Lenox On The Lake is not perfect, but it is by far one of the best ones out there for the money, I want to definitely have Laura recognized to her superiors because she is doing a fine job and she takes the time to do whatever she can to make your resident happy. My mother is very important to me. Lenox On The Lake was not something I decided easily. It was the hardest decision I’ve ever made in my life. It was the only one I really could afford that was up to par and it is clean and safe and I just want to thank you Laura Johnson for all that you do and for your wonderful staff keep up the good work Lenox. We appreciate you. I give them a 10.

After a tough experience at another facility, moving my dad to Lennox on the Lake felt like a breath of fresh air. From the start, Laura (the administrator) has been unbelievably kind, helpful, and generous—she made what could have been a stressful transition feel easy for both of us. Several people I trust (a friend, a doctor, and a case manager) all recommended Lennox, and I can see why. The grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere feels welcoming, the food is amazing, and I know my dad will be well cared for and happy here. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it!

Just moved my brother to the memory care floor at Lenox on the Lake. The Marketing Director, Rosemarie, was extremely helpful with the whole process starting from a tour of the facility, through the contract processes and overseeing that the newly renovated room my brother would be living in was ready. She is extremely friendly, approachable and reassuring! So far we have been satisfied with meeting the Director Renata; corporate personnel; and nursing staff. The CNA staff have all been pleasant and seem to be genuinely supportive and caring. The facility is clean and lovely and conveniently accessible. The Lenox also offers other amenities to residents such as hairdresser and manicurist onsite. We hope this will be our loved ones home for years to come.

I had looked at approximately 10 assisted living facilities before picking Lenox and selecting it for my dad. He had been living on his own and it was time for him to make the transition. My experience so far has been very positive at Lenox. The staff is very welcoming. Everyone has been professional and friendly. The facility is very clean and aesthetic. Rosemarie, the Admission Director has been accessible, knowledgeable and walked me through each step of setting dad up. Steve, the executive director has also been very responsive and available to answer any questions. So far dad is happy there saying he likes his studio room, is meeting new people and enjoys going down to the dining room three times a day. I would recommend Lenox to anyone considering an ALF in South Florida!

Transitioning from home to assisted living can be traumatic; the people at Lenox have made it easy. The apartments are spacious, the location on the lake is tranquil and secluded, the background music is enjoyable, and the food is good home cooking. Administration is very accessible and responsive, and the nursing staff is dedicated to one’s comfort. Everyone is very friendly and courteous, and people seem to really enjoy their work. Patience abounds. Privacy is respected.
