My mother, 95, has resided at Liberty Place for the past 2+ years in what I would characterize as one of the most caring environments in the region. Leadership at Liberty Place is outstanding and the organization is responsive to needs be it from the level of Executive Director, on-site nursing director, to the care team, dining room and all ancillary services. What I have learned in the assisted living care journeys of both my father and mother is that “a fancy environment” is NOT the secret sauce to make the assisted living experience exceptional………it is the leadership, care and compassion to both the loved one and their families. Liberty Place is an incredibly respectable community with a design that facilitates resident independence while guarding their safety. The amenities are such that they are both inviting and comfortable; clear they speak the language of “welcome home”. My mother in law lived in Liberty Place during COVID and was there until her death. The staff was so caring, and she came to rely on them for most of her care. Liberty Place is a home like atmosphere where residents don’t get lost in a big facility. The activities director is amazing! She has boundless energy and is so creative. And the ED is truly hands on and will help you any way she can.
