Would give negative stars if I could. They let Bridget take over and she ran that place into the ground. She lied about how a family member was being cared for, swept things under the rug, was so rude to us and the staff, and doesn’t care about complaints we made about neglect. Hasn’t been the same since. They have a new admin now and it still hasn’t come back to life since they let Bridget ruin it. DO NOT send anyone here. Even the staff hate it and make reports to APS.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place killed my father. The care is TERRIBLE. He was in there not 5 days and got sepsis and when my sister went to see him, he was dying in his bed. The nurses ignored his pain and the obvious signs of pus and blood in his urine bag- and said "oh he doesn't feel like going to dinner". What?!? This happened twice in 5 weeks. He spent more time in hospital than he ever did in the place. And once he died - they kept charging us for his medicine (two months post death), and for the room because we left a chest in there. Do not put anyone you love in this place.

A good friend of mine has been living at Pearls of life for almost a year. I am amazed by the loving and attentive care she receives every day. She has made wonderful friends and feels safe and content. Inside the facility is always clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant. There are lots of activities to be involved in and even outside events that those that live there are taken to. I so enjoy watching all the smiles and hugs that happen during my visits. The director, Pam Turpin is always on top of how each person is doing or what they may need. Crystal, the activities coordinator is great with lots of fun games or songs and exercises to keep everyone moving. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care and love my friend receives at Pearls of Life. I’m thankful she can live there.

My sister has been living at Pearl's of Life for just over a year. It has been such a relief to our family for her to be happy, busy, well fed, and safe. I am amazed at the dedication of the staff and their dependability. Recently with a snow storm of about 11 to 14 inches, the Pearl's of Life staff was there to continue the excellent care. To be there even though the roads were treacherous shows the love that the staff has for it's people. Although this is a memory care facility, the residents are offered opportunities to participate in community activities, shopping, going out to eat, or even bus rides to get out and have fun. Everyday activities allow the residents to develop a routine whereby they feel secure as well as happy to participate. We couldn't be happier with the care we are receiving at Runk & Pratt's Pearl's of Life and recommend it highly for your loved one.

My father has been at Pearl's of Life since it opened in November, 2017. The facility itself is beautiful but the best part is the caring, dedicated, and loving staff. We feel my father gets the best care possible and the staff goes out of their way to cater to each resident's needs. Many activities are offered that bring smiles and laughter to their faces. If you are looking for a memory care facility, I highly recommend Pearl's of Life.
