Mia and Darryl were very pleasant,polite and very easy to approach! We love there accent and really enjoyed the way treated us! Hope to work with them in the future!

My aunt got bites all over her legs and dr told her bedbugs. An employee confirmed the place has them but management denied it. This is unacceptable. Any place who cares about their residents should be taking care of the issue not hiding it. Apparently Library Square has always had bedbugs..my aunt moved in not long ago but we are getting her out here. Place “looks” nice but when you pull back the onion things start to smell

My mom lived in Library Square for 14 years, and went into hospice in a nursing home for the last 2 years of her life. When we asked to have her memorial service there, they said it wasn't possible. This means that most of her friends from the end of her life won't be able to attend. Policies definitely come before people here--there's a lot of caring before you sign your contract and lots of corporate policies and explanations of why they can't help afterward.

My brother recently moved to Library Square & I cannot say enough great about Library Square! The staff is awesome - they go out of their way to be available & assist in any way possible. They made the moving in experience very easy & respond quickly with answers or solutions. The food is good also. There is a fair number of veterans living there & they cater to & recognize all veterans, especially with photos of each veteran living at Library Square.

A great place live. My mother loves it here. They have lots of activities for the residents and the meals (lunch and dinner) are prepared by an excellent chef. All the staff are top-notch, from the cleaning crew to the Administration, they are friendly and professional at the same time. I recommend this place to anyone looking to settle down.
