I am very pleased with the care given to our mom. Staff is always available to address any concerns and answer questions. The staff are concerned about the well being of their residents. Our mother has been living in Lansing since October 2021and we are happy we selected Lifesprings. Our mother loves it there and speaks about the friendly, helpful staff. The house is always clean. I love that they have a nurse that visits, doctor that visits and pharmacy delivers medicine. They ( when able) take the residence on trips.( selective due to covid) I have no complaints at all which is why I give them 5 stars.
