LIFESTREAM HOME CARE FOR ELDERLY

The director treats the seniors like his own parents. The environment is clean, and the meals are prepared fresh, organic vegetables picked from the back garden. Koreans are busy working, so leaving your parents here is a great way to relax. I visited briefly with an acquaintance, and seeing the seniors' faces so peaceful and happy made me want to share this place with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The people in this facility are by far the worst and rudest people ever! I understand language barriers can be an issue sometimes but they do not give you an opportunity to speak at all. I called this facility 4 times, the first time they answered I said Hello, Introduced myself, and soon after they passed the phone to someone else. I then repeated the same process with the person who answered who by the way spoke English as well. She did not let me speak and said were all ONLY KOREAN here! I tried explaining the reason for my call and she just hand the phone up. I called again thinking it was a mistake so they proceed to hang up again, I would only say hello it Sandra and they started laughing and hung up. I was calling for someone who is in their facility in a matter of life or death situation but they did not care! This is very unprofessional of them, I believe when we are dealing with loved ones and senior care we should always act with respect!!

My mom has been there for over 2 years. Even with my mom's declining health Haeryun and staff care for her with love and kindness.
